Sherri will develop a custom marketing plan using data analytics from Coldwell Banker's proprietary tool CBx, host showings and open house events for prospective buyers and buyer brokers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing if needed, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork, and supervise the closing.

Sherri will work with you to define the vision for your next home and neighborhood and identify and tour properties with you. As a 22-year resident of the DC area, She is well versed in the many unique and beautiful neighborhoods DC has to offer. Sherri will guide you through the offer writing process and help you negotiate the best terms for your purchase. She will work with you through the home inspection and financing process to help you get to closing smoothly.
Consult on Staging & Styling
Buyers want to see their home, not necessarily yours. Sherri will work to stage and style your home so buyers can visualize themselves purchasing and living in your home. Staging the home, removing some personal effects, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can make the difference between a home resting on the market and one that sells quickly.
